Is sedation or anaesthesia available?
Yes. Both local anaesthesia and sedation are available for our patients, ensuring that every treatment is as comfortable and pain-free as possible.
Is my treatment guaranteed?
Yes. All treatments come with official guarantees. Depending on the type of work, guarantees range from 6 months up to 5 years. Your dentist will clarify the exact terms for your individual treatment plan.
Is the team fluent in English?
Yes. You will not face any language barriers with our doctors and staff. Many of our specialists are fluent in English, ensuring clear communication and full understanding at every step of your treatment. In addition, we work with patients from different countries and, if needed, we can arrange professional interpreters to make communication absolutely smooth.
How and when do I pay for my treatment and trip?
Flights: You book and pay for your flights directly with the airline of your choice.
Treatment: Dental treatments are usually paid directly at our clinic in Lisbon. For complex cases, a deposit may be requested to secure your treatment plan and dates, with the remaining balance paid once treatment begins.
Accommodation & transfers: We have contracts with trusted hotels in Lisbon, which allows us to offer you much better prices than booking directly. If you prefer, we can arrange your hotel and private transfers through our clinic and simply add them to your treatment invoice.
How do I book my treatment?
The first step is simple: fill out the form on our website and choose your preferred date and time. We’ll then arrange a secure video call with one of our specialists. During this call, the doctor reviews your 3D scans and medical history, answers your questions, and gives you a clear treatment plan with estimated timelines. Once you are comfortable with the plan, you simply let us know when you’d like to travel. Together we agree on the best dates, and you book your flights. We then confirm your full schedule in Lisbon and make all arrangements for your arrival.
How do I get from the airport to the clinic/hotel?
We provide a private transfer service for all our patients. Upon arrival in Lisbon, a driver will meet you at the airport and take you directly to your hotel near the clinic. After your treatment, we will also arrange your return transfer back to the airport, making the entire journey simple and stress-free.
When should I send my CT or 3D scans?
Please share your CT or 3D scans in advance so that the doctor can prepare your treatment plan before the video consultation.
